Like most of you, I’ve had lots of bosses, some great and some super nice. But after a decade of being on the receiving end of a high-execution, “get it done” culture, I learned a few paradigm-shifting principles that changed everything about the way I lead today…
Great culture is just a few degrees away from where most of us are aiming. And the last five years has proven to me that it doesn’t have to come at the expense of productivity. In fact, when people feel valued, they go the extra mile anyway.

Lastly, I write like I talk, so naturally, I upgraded to the premium version of Grammarly for a little help. Sometimes I wonder if I’m missing the entire left side of my brain, but I’m banking on that making these ideas juuussst different enough that they stick with you in the thick of it.
Who knows, they might come out of the oven even tastier and easier to digest.
